Most of the Committees, as well as a lecture hall, are located on the first floor - "the
commitee floor."
The bureaus of the Prime Minister and members of the government, as well as the government room are located on the second floor - "the government floor." The plenum hall, the Speaker's Bureau, the Bureau of the Secretary General, the library, and the restaurants are located on the third floor - "the plenum floor." |

The Chagall State Hall, which serves for official receptions, is located on the fourth floor.
Most of the administration offices and offices of the Parliamentary Groups are located on the fifth floor. The interior decoration of the building was designd by the architects Dora Gad and A.L.Noi, for which project they won an Italian international prize. |
