Address and communica-

Every member must furnish the Speaker with an address to which
invitations, communications and documents are to be sent; A dispatch to this
address shall be considered sufficient notice.
|

|
Travel abroad
|
|
21.
|
A Member traveling abroad must so inform the Speaker, and must
indicate the period of his stay abroad, and his whereabouts.
|
||
|
Attendance at sittings (amendment No.
24)
|
|
22.
|
A Member shall regularly attend the sittings of the Knesset
plenum, and of the Committees of which he is a member, to the best of his
ability.
|
||
|
Dispatch of letter of
resignation
|
|
23.
|
Should a Member be unable to submit his letter of resignation
to the Speaker personally, as provided in article 40 of Basic Law: The Knesset,
he shall send it -
|

|
|
|
|
|

|
From inside the country - by means of someone authorized for
this purpose in writing by the Speaker;
|
|
|
|
|
|
(2)
|
From abroad - by means of a diplomatic or consular
representative of Israel.
|
|
|
|
|
Whoever has been authorized as stated in clause (1), or the
representative as stated in clause (2), shall verify the Member's signature on
the resignation, and indicate the date of the signature on it.

Knesset sits, is a
legal means of handing an announcements to the
