Fez Plan

The Fez Plan consists of eight points calling for:
- Israeli withdrawal from all captured Arab territories including East Jerusalem.
- The dismantling of Israeli settlements in Arab territories.
- The assurance of the freedom of worship for all religions.
- The recognition of the rights of the Palestinians for self-definition, which will be implemented through their exclusive representative, the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO)
- A several-month transition period for Gaza and the West Bank under the auspices of the United Nations.
- The establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
- The guarantee of the UN Security Council for the peace and security of all the states in the area including the Palestinian state.
- The guarantee of the UN Security Council for the implementation of the above-mentioned principles.
