| Surplus Vote Agreements |

In accordance with Section 67(c) of the Knesset Elections Law (Consolidated Version) - 1969,
the following lists running for the 16th Knesset have formed surplus vote agreements regarding
the distribution of Knesset mandates:
- Labor-Meimad with Meretz
- Shinui with Greens (Hayerukim)
- National Unity (HaIchud HaLeumi) with Yisrael B'Aliya
- National Religious Party (Mafdal) with Am Ehad
- Shas with Torah and Shabbat Judaism
- Democratic Front for Peace and Equality (Hadash) with National Democratic Assembly (Balad)
