The following are not considered complaints: A request for information A request for assistance A request for any kind of service Complaints that will not be investigated: A complaint regarding members of Knesset or a parliamentary procedure A complaint that is not concerned with the administration or management of the Knesset It is left to the discretion of the person Responsible for Public Complaints to decide whether or not to investigate an anonymous complaint or a complaint that is presented at least one year following the incident mentioned in the complaint.
